During your first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information. This will most likely include a review of your medical and dental history to acknowledge any high-risk factors for dental diseases, an oral cancer exam, a periodontal exam, to check the health of the gums and supporting bone, an occlusal examination, to make sure your teeth, muscles, and jaws are working in harmony, and an airway screening to make sure you are not at risk for sleep apnea.
Any necessary radiographs will be taken at this time. If you are also scheduled for a professional dental cleaning we will use the information gathered and recommend the appropriate type of cleaning that will help you reach optimal dental health.
It is our commitment to you to help you get the healthy, functional, and beautiful teeth you desire. If any dental work is needed, all treatment options will be thoroughly explained, and together with Dr. Rosenberg, you will make a plan according to your needs and desires.
To help us make the most of our time together, please make sure to have any radiographs or other pertinent information from your previous dentist available to us prior to your scheduled appointment date.

APPOINTMENTS
